How do I book Warriors.Pizza for an event?

Booking is easy! Just reach out to us via our website, email, or phone. We recommend booking early to secure your desired date.

We cater all types of events, including weddings, corporate events, festivals, private parties, and more. Our mobile setup allows us to adapt to various event styles and sizes.

Absolutely! We offer a range of gourmet pizzas and are happy to work with you to create a custom menu that suits your event’s theme and dietary needs.

Do you offer options for dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan)?

Yes, we cater to various dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure to have delicious options available for everyone.

How much space do you need for the setup?

Our mobile setup is quite versatile but we generally require a flat space of about for our pizza oven and prep area. A level and solid floor is key to a successful event!

How long does setup take?

Our team typically arrives 1-2 hours before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to serve on time.

What are your prices/rates?

Our pricing varies based on the number of guests, menu selection, and event specifics. Check out the table above for information on our four main packages. Please contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your event.

How many pizzas can you serve in an hour?

Our wood-fired team and oven can produce around 60 pizzas per hour, ensuring a steady flow of fresh, hot pizzas for your guests.

Do you provide staff to serve at the event?

Yes, our team includes professional staff to prepare and serve pizzas near our wood-fire oven, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Although the security deposit is non-refundable, cancellations can be made up to the day prior to the event.  For any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer any other food or beverages besides pizza?

In addition to our range of gourmet Neapolitan-style pizzas, we offer a deep dish option, salads, dessert pizzas, and beverages for an additional fee.

How does payment work?

After submitting a reservation, we will send you an invoice. We accept card payments and Venmo. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due two weeks before the event.
