At Warriors.Pizza, it all started with two brothers, a shared passion for gourmet pizza, and a desire to reconnect with the community after the isolation of the pandemic. Inspired by the idea of creating delicious, artisan wood-fired pizzas that bring people together, the brothers set out to craft an experience that was more than just about food – it was about connection, joy, and sharing moments that matter.
Warriors.Pizza began with a simple belief: great pizza is built on time. Before the oven is ever turned on, before toppings are layered or edges caramelize, the work begins with dough that rests for days. Fermentation shapes texture. Structure shapes balance. Every detail, from garlic-infused olive oil to the seasoned pans we bake in, reflects a commitment to doing things the right way instead of the fast way. The result is not loud. It is steady, composed, and deeply satisfying.
The brand first took shape around live-fire catering, cooking on site and managing heat in real time for weddings, private gatherings, and corporate events. That same discipline now defines Warriors Square Pizza, our structured 8 by 10 pan format produced in controlled batches. Whether through flame or convection bake, the standard does not change. We are not built for volume or trend chasing. We are built on precision, restraint, and a belief that when process is respected, the difference is unmistakable.

Warriors.Pizza began around fire. Long before structured production and defined service windows, we were cooking live-fire pizza at weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings throughout the Pocono Mountains. Managing heat in real time and serving guests directly shaped how we think about food. Timing matters. Atmosphere matters. Great pizza begins long before it reaches the oven.
Today, Warriors.Pizza is a premium pizza brand rooted in fermentation and disciplined execution. Our signature Warriors Square Pizza is an 8 by 10 gourmet square pan pizza fermented for two to three days before baking. The dough is infused with garlic extra virgin olive oil and baked in seasoned pans to achieve crisp edges and a structured, airy crumb. Production is intentionally limited to protect quality and consistency. We are not built for volume. We are built on process.
Led by Jonathan “Jon the Warrior” Silva, the brand continues to grow carefully across the Pocono Mountains and surrounding regions. Alongside Warriors Square Pizza, we provide live-fire catering and structured non live-fire catering for clients who value composed service and thoughtful preparation. Whether cooking on site over open flame or executing controlled indoor catering, the standard remains steady. When fermentation, structure, and timing are respected, the result speaks for itself.

First, we host lively pop-ups and festivals across the Poconos. Warriors Pizza brings the energy, the heat, and the pies. In addition, we offer private catering for intimate parties and celebrations. Finally, our four-course tasting is an elevated, Warrior-led experience that sometimes features pizza and sometimes goes beyond it.
